Easy breakfast smoothies!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it breaks the overnight fast and provides your body with essential nutrients and energy so you are able to last throughout the day. It is proven that people who skip breakfast are often more tired and restless than those who eat a healthy balanced breakfast everyday. However, many of us, especially university students often skip this meal as we're always running late for class. However, running late doesn’t mean we have to skip out on the most important meal of the day. Introducing breakfast smoothies! Breakfast smoothies are an extremely easy and quick way to get enough energy and nutrients to last you a whole day and you can even drink them as you're on your daily commute to work/uni.
