A great way to relieve stress, anger or worry is to work it out of you. We all know how stressing assignments and exams are. That's why everyone should have some time to themselves to distress. Not only, is fitness great for your physical body and health but it also helps stressing individuals, like myself, release tension. There are many fantastic workout routines and today, I will share with you my all time favourite fitness practice. Just taking 15-20 mins out of my day, I am able to feel empowered, good about myself and free. Hopefully you will too!
