The key to transform an intense, fat-burning workout to a fun sweat session that feels like an easy, everyday exercise, is to create the perfect workout playlist.During my workouts, I would always play my favourite music to keep my mind off things and focus on my body and myself. The list of songs in my phone are great from when I'm doing easy cardio exercises to intense, fat-burning workouts.
Do you ever feel like this when listening to music and working out?
Well it does for me! It blocks out all the surrounding nosies and lets me focus only on myself, motivating me and pushing me to my limits.
